Julie McKelvey is a results-driven Global Resource Manager based in Akron, Ohio, with extensive experience in optimizing workforce allocation and managing cross-functional teams. Julie has demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract negotiations, and data-driven decision-making to meet business objectives. Julie has held significant roles in Resource Management at UKG, Advantive, Mission Cloud, and AppDynamics (a Cisco company). Her leadership has consistently led to increased operational efficiency and cost reductions. Julie is a Resource Management Certified Professional with both Strategic and Advanced certifications. Julie also holds certifications in Business Analytics, AI Mastery, and Diversity & Inclusion in HR Management.

Cyd Mills

Cyd Mills is a seasoned business operations professional with a diverse background, spanning cloud solutions, high-tech software, healthcare, legal, and travel and hospitality sectors. Cyd is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Cyd's expertise lies in developing and optimizing operational strategies that deliver tangible results. Cyd has held significant positions at Instructure, Mission Cloud, Thomson Reuters Elite and ADP. As a key member of the Leadership Team in her most recent role, Cyd established the Professional Services Operations department from scratch. She played a crucial role in strategy planning, process development, and KPI formulation. Her implementation of custom systems in Kantata, Jira, and Asana led to improved resource planning, reduced response times, and enhanced financial forecasting.
